FINAL CV/ PORTFOLIO

Here are the Final images for my CV/Portfolio.
Because it is digital, I added page curls and saved a copy as an SWF, but also saved a version as a PDF.
I tried to keep the look and style consistent, I have attempted to use relevant colours to balance the use of colours thoughtout. And I added a brief description for each of the projects.

PROJECT TITLES

These are some of the focus's for the Product development project. I used the website 'Wordle' to create these world collages. Because they are so awkwardly designed I moved around the final images and it make the page seem complete.

I chose to use these words for the title of the NME App project in the portfolio, and the words below to title the MINI BMW project.
I kept the colours used the same as they balanced out the use of colours throughout the portfolio and CV.

IMAGES INTO PORTFOLIO

I put my final images for the 3 of my favourate projects on to the template of the portfolio.
To tell the projects apart I added coloured strips to take the dull look of the grey and white away.
I think it works well. I will add the text next, I want the text to stand out and instead of giving the sections a proper title, because Im sure people looking at the portfolio wont want to see module titles. So I might experiment with colours and mixing around key words.

MINI Billboard idea

I thought about expanding on the idea of creating a billboard for the MINI promotions. Using the templates I created a billboard for people to draw onto. Looking at billboards I thought that people may not to reach them so I decided to feature the design on a wall.

NME web page advertisement

Here are two of the final images, but I am unsure which one to pic as the first image doesn't say 'This is as music playlist generator' On the other hand the second image I added 'Playlist Generator' to the video. It makes it more obvious what the app is for.

Features on the NME web page

These are screen shots of the viral video created. To get he play button it was only featured on the Facebook post of the video ( which was the screen shot below) I could edit out the button and add it to the image above.

I think it would be best to feature the 3 key screens on the advertisement. They could help describe the purpose of the app.

NME web page design idea

This is a page from NME.com that advertises the use of the NME news feeds application for smartphones and iPhones. For the portfolio, I could create this page but for the music playlist generator. Possibly for the larger image I could add the Viral video advertisement recently made in part two of the project.

After Editing

I added a bit of colour to make the press pack flow, it seems like the pages are less boring as now there is less empty white areas.
The images that were pixelated have been changed and the material swatch has been added.

The original press pack

For the portfolio I have chosen to customise the press pack. I thought it could look a bit more lively as there was quite a lot of white space which could be used better. Also some of the images seemed pixelated.so I thought they could do with improving.

The Jack Wills title seemed pixelated.

This image above seemed pixelated.

Could find an image for take one of the actual product rather than explain it with the diagram above.

The original press pack was printed and featured fabric attached after it was printed.
Because this is an online version I will scan in the material and add it to the press pack.

I could really improve this page because it really does not fit in with the rest. It looks cheap and doesn't fit with the look of the brand
